Black Bean Clams

  • vegetable oil 
  • 1 kg clams
  •  1 tbsp garlic, crushed
  •  1 tbsp ginger
  •  100g whole green beans, trimmed
  •  8 whole baby corn
  •  50g julienne carrots
  •  1 tbsp black beans
  •  2 drops sesame oil

Cooking method

  1. Heat a wok well with a little vegetable oil. Place in clams, crushed garlic and ginger. Add green beans (topped and tailed), baby corn, carrots, black beans and sesame oil.
  2. Quickly heat through with the lid on while tossing the contents of the wok around, really mixing it up. Easy!
